1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Access to our real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Underage gaming is a violation of our policies and applicable laws. LudoBaazi reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify a user's age. If a minor is found operating an account, it will be terminated immediately, and all funds will be forfeited.

2. Restricted States

In strict compliance with the respective state gaming laws in India, users residing in or accessing the platform from Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, and Nagaland are explicitly prohibited from participating in any cash contests on LudoBaazi. Our system utilizes geolocation tracking; any attempt to bypass this restriction using VPNs or proxy servers will lead to a permanent ban.

3. Skill-Based Gaming Law

LudoBaazi offers a peer-to-peer Game of Skill. The Supreme Court of India has excluded games of skill from the definition of illegal gambling. Success on our platform is predominantly determined by the player's strategy, logical decision-making, and attention to the board, entirely falling outside the scope of the Public Gambling Act, 1867.

4. Platform Fees (Commission)

For providing a highly secure server infrastructure, anti-cheat mechanisms, and seamless matchmaking services, LudoBaazi (operated by Anil Kumar Meena) charges a nominal platform commission. This rake ranges from 2.5% to 5% and is deducted exclusively from the total combined prize pool of a match before the winnings are credited to the victor's wallet.

5. Fair Play & Account Termination

Users agree to play fairly. The use of third-party modifications, automated bots, multiple accounts by a single user (multi-accounting), or any form of collusion to manipulate match outcomes is strictly prohibited. LudoBaazi holds the absolute right to suspend or permanently delete any account suspected of such activities without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content present on this platform, including but not limited to logos, board designs, source code, text, and graphics, are the exclusive intellectual property of LudoBaazi and Mustory Digital. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our application or website will result in severe legal action.

7. Amendments to Terms

LudoBaazi reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via platform notifications. Continued use of our services following any such modifications implies your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
