Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ludobaazi (operated by Anil Kumar Meena), we ensure a transparent and secure financial environment for all our players.
1. Deposit Failures & Automated Refunds
If a transaction fails and money is deducted from your bank account but not credited to your Ludobaazi wallet, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or our payment gateway partner within 5 to 7 working days.
2. Match Cancellation Policy
Once a player sets a battle amount and an opponent joins (Running Status), the match cannot be canceled, and the entry fee is strictly non-refundable. If a match ends in a conflict, our admin team will review the submitted evidence, and their decision regarding the winner or refund will be final.
3. Withdrawal Policy
Users can withdraw their legitimate winnings after successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed manually to the user's provided UPI ID or bank account within 24 to 48 hours.
